Martin Cox has started a new project with Ministry of Labor (MOL) in Dubai U.A.E. to make a Feasibility Report regarding the new project which is the (MOL) Service Centres. Martin Cox will also study to define the processes and roles to implement and operate the said project.

The Governance Model will include

  • Organizational Diagram
  • Shareholder’s Role
  • Code of Conduct
  • Policy & Procedures as follows: Health, Safety & Security; Accounting; Fixed Assets; Travel; Communication; Inventory; Purchasing; Sales; Payment; Collection; Human Resource & any relevant policy.

The following are some of the subject we have to identify to get ideas about the project

  • Checking the list of companies located in Dubai, Al ain and Abu Dhabi
  • Studying the MOL Transactions per month of each companies
  • Studying the numbers of employee of the companies
